The Natural Gas Division of Grupo Diavaz has two permits granted since 1997 – 30 years by the Energy Regulating Commission – to commercialize and distribute natural gas in the Geographic zone that includes the municipalities of Apodaca, Guadalupe, Escobedo, Monterrey, Santa Catarina, San Nicolas, Garcia, Juarez, Pesqueria, Cerralvo, Cienaga de Flores, Zuazua, and Dr. Gonzalez in the state of Nuevo Leon and the municipality of Cananea in the State of Sonora.
